Rates
Typical fee is $190 for a 45 minute session.
Most sessions are 45 minutes but depending on your treatment plan or other services you request, the charge may differ.
Insurance
Dr. Conlon is an out of network provider. However, many of her clients use their insurance. Clients pay in full for their session at the time of the appointment. Dr Conlon will provide you a copy of the SuperBill to file with your insurance company for reimbursement.
Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please contact your insurance company about your out of network benefits before scheduling an appointment. To learn more about your coverage, ask questions such as:
- Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
- What is my deductible and has it been met?
- How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
- What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
- Is approval required from my primary care physician?
- Does my insurance cover group therapy?
Payment
You will be expected to pay for each session at the time it is scheduled, unless we agree otherwise. Credit cards are accepted forms of payment. Some clients choose to use Flexible Savings Plans or Health Savings Plans for services.
Cancellation Policy
Appointment cancellations, regardless of the reason, must be made a full 24 hours in advance during the business workweek. For Monday appointments, please contact Dr. Conlon no later than Friday 10:00 am (due to the weekend).
Cancellations must be made by phone or in person. Email and text messages are not private and can be delayed. To avoid being charged for a missed appointment, cancellations are only accepted via phone or in person.
Dr. Conlon schedules an exclusive time for you or your child. If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session. Insurance will not reimburse for a missed appointment – you will be expected to pay the entire amount.
